To construct a 1156 square meter building at the old post office for Royal Bafokeng Institute. The building will be used as the hospitality TVET facility.

In scope:

• Construction of three classrooms and one staffroom;
• Construction of a waiting areas;
• Covered outdoor facility;
• Construction of entrance canopy;
• Construction of new entrance;
• Construction of planter boxes;
• Construction of pergola and storeroom;
• Construction of new slab at Telkom;
• Construction of Telkom ablutions;
• Construction of external storm water structures;
• Construction of internal and external paving;
• Construction of screen wall; and 
• Landscaping.
