ICT has been tasked with relocating and converging all RBED ICT services to Central Admin ICT services. Through the process of Organizational realignment, Central Admin is mandated to centralize all support services; ICT services also forms part of the process. Data and Mails will be exported from RBED servers to Central Admin Servers, including telephony services which should be migrated to our Cisco Call Managers. Six of RBED staff members will be relocating to where it is currently called The Business Place, twelve others relocating to Civic Center.
In Scope
Systems integration between RBED and RBA;
Relocation of the telecommunication services;
Cabling and wiring of offices;
Termination of services at the Business Place and Civic Centre.
