To appoint an external auditing company to perform a full audit on RBN finances in order to verify whether correct procedures were followed by the Finance department that comply with the international Federation Standard by examining RBA Financial statements for the year 2012 and issuing the Audit report by 2013.

The scope:

• Key management and financial controls in place
• An assessment of management processes to review the strength of information and accounting systems
• Audit evaluating of appropriateness of accounting polices
• Evaluating the overall presentation of Financial Statement
• Assessment of the risks of material misstatement of the financial statement, whether due to fraud or error
