In scope:
Multiple Regions and Villages in BA—Ability to link multiple Regions and Villages in the Benefit Analysis
New WBS/Activity sheet create layout/functionality—A more efficient and simplified way to create project plans/Activity sheets quickly, accurately and easily
Quantitative Benefits per entity report—A click of the button report on quantitative benefits across departments, institutions and/or the RBN group.
Issue/Risk interdependencies—Ability to indicate interdependencies when logging issues/risks and allow for communication between various parties involved in the interdependency.
Advanced filters - MPS (dashboard) and Front end—more filter options on the Front end as well as the MPS to allow various display, reporting and discussion options for meetings and presentations.
Per Region (pull up from villages) breakdowns of Issues, risks, benefits, budgets àmust be able to report on villages and regions separately—this feature will allow project and programme reporting per region.
Strategy Map and Scorecard filter per REGION—this feature will allow Organisational Performance reporting per region.
Document Library - ability to create folders—this will allow users to order their archived documents.
