To organise a year end function for all RBN entities staff members. This is a way of showing appreciation to everyone for the hardwork they have shown throughout the year 2011.
In scope:
Establish the commitee with dedicated project managers
Book a suitable venue for approximately 600 people
Send all staff members invitations for the function
Arrange a safe and a reliable transport
Set a menu
Arrange a reliable catering company
Arrange waste management
Arrange an effective music/ entertainment for attendees
