To upgrade and renovate the existing physical Operations Room in the Civic Centre.

In scope:

• Moving (fitment and installation) the touch screen to the pillar outside the Operations room;
• Changing the corner unit to include an additional cabinet—this will improve access to the Operations room computer, amplifier and screen selector, as well as increase storage space in the room;
• Installing the Cisco conference call unit into the Ops room table and amending the table accordingly;
• VGA and Data points around the table—the VGA cable points and the data (internet) points to be functional and pop-up units to be installed to increase accessibility; and
• Improve reception of wireless keyboard and mouse.
