This will be done by conducting door to door campaigns, performing a small survey and community presentation in Tlapa village. In scope: Secure venue; Application for public gathering; Arrange catering; Send invitations to relevant stakeholders; Arrange transport; Request PA system, media and photo coverage; Candle lighting ceremony; Design registration forms and event programme; and Organise promotional material.
