Project Scope:	To save costs and preserve water in communities. The existing meters will be faced out and a prepaid token will be used to access water. Presentations on the project will be conducted to Makgotla Executives and inputs and comments will be received from the exco members. Consolidation of their inputs will be presented to the Supreme Council for a decision. Later the regional outreach would take place for communities to be engaged.
