Dumela Phokeng is an initiative that gives leadership a chance to visit the nation's 29 villages to afford Bafokeng an opportunity to voice out their concerns and needs. The event is held twice a year in 5 regions and Traditional Council will conduct presentations to the constituencies about annual achievements in all RBN nine key focus areas.
In Scope
Establish the committee with dedicated project managers;
Venues big enough for potentially 800 participants.
An effective sound system to communicate to 800 people, PA systems.
Tent for catering.
Volunteers to assist with selected event proceedings.
Marketing of the event through radio to disseminate information;
Transport for every village;
Catering lunch for an estimated 800 attendees;
A company to manage waste;
Local entertainers to entertain the community within and after the events;
Security monitored and maintained during events;
A programme for the events;
Registration of all attendees per region;
A photographer and video broadcasting;
Emergency Services available for minor and major emergencies;
