To develop the SMME database and Client Relationship Management system software, to improve the quality and validity of information of the RBED clients on the database and improve communication between RBED and its client base. The system is also expected to culminate in better quality of reporting ont the SMME development and assist to keep track of individual growth of SMMEs.
In scope:
The development of a Public front end website - Including a homepage, events calendar, About us, E-Magazine, Video Gallery, Image Gallery and Content search
Database reflecting the basic information of the SMMEs
SMME list view—Allowing public access to all SMMEs on the database with filter/search options; and
Administrators site—A site where all front end content can be managed including databases imported from Excel.
Document Library - ability to create folders—this will allow users to order their archived documents.
