To develop the SMME database and Client Relationship Management system software, to improve the quality and validity of information of the RBED clients on the database and improve communication between RBED and its client base. The system is also expected to culminate in better quality of reporting ont the SMME development and assist to keep track of individual growth of SMMEs.

In scope:

• Development Platform establishment covering Version control database scripts with date and time stamps
• Administration site to create CRUD screens for Entrepreneur lookup tables :
• Create additional tables for Entrepreneur data
• Generate Models, Forms, filters and SQL scripts
• Create, Edit and Delete Education level
