To develop new functionality and build upon the SMME database and Client Relationship Management system software (RBED Business Portal) previously developed by conseptualising, scoping, developing and testing the newly developed functionality. A software development company will be employed to do the actual development while the scoping and testing will be done in-house. System go LIVE is expected for 7 June 2013.

Frontend- User Synced should only be able to update details on the MPS
Admin-Run update to all existing SMMEs to assign company type
Admin- Include company types- to differentiate SMMEs and stakeholders
Admin-create ED consultants -access level
Frontend-ED consultants must be able to login
Frontend-ED Consultants should be able to edit "My details" same as MPS
Frontend- ED Consultants must be able to Create/edit/see a list of/view Entrepreneurs
