To facilitate a youth election conference which will be a platform to elect 14 new Bafokeng youth leaders that are going to be representative of 5 RBN Regions. The leadership will be a five year term contract. About 165 Youths from all 72 Makgotla will be invited to attend a 3 day conference which will be facilitated by an independent body. The conference will be run from 15-17 November 2013 at Rustenburg. Voting materials will be provided by the sponsors which will be identified. Facilitators and election observers will be selected among the youth invited to attend.

In scope:

• Book venue that can accommodate 165 delegates for 2 nights and a big conferencing room to accommodate all delegates.
• Approved service provider to cater for delegates.
•  Inform all youth clubs about the conference
• Identify the facilitator.
• Identify and invite delegates.
• Design the program.
• Identify, design, procure and print complementary gifts.
• Disseminate information about the youth conference to all makgotla.
• Identify potential sponsors and seek sponsorship.
• Close out report.
