The project aims to support systems integration between RBN institutions (Academic, Corporate and Municipality) on shared services by reconfigure the network infrastructure to meet the strategic objectives of each. The integration is based mainly on shared services such as voice, data sharing and internet access in order to cut costs. The project also aims to address issues such as data security and network segmentation to control access and use of RBN data by various institutions. The department will partner with accredited service providers in order to design and model our network infrastructure suited to meet our business needs. We will procure and implement our selected technology equipment to complement the current network infrastructure.

In Scope:

• Produce design document and approve the model;
• Procure the required equipment; and
• Configurations and Implementation of the infrastructure.
