Project Scope:	To host annual heritage day as a commemoration of Bafokeng culture and to afford the people of Bafokeng (including especially youth) in 29 villages an opportunity to showcase their talent and creativity through music and dance, by creating a platform in a form of an arts festival. The event will take place on the 24^th September 2013 as a celebration of National Heritage day at Patlego in Phokeng. In Scope: Recruitment of volunteers Benchmarking Marketing of the event through print media to disseminate information. Public Safety Department to give approval for public gathering.
