Project Scope:	To construct 1509 meters of Tarred roads with stormwater channels in Tlapa village to upgrade existing gravel roads by the 25th of November 2013. This will be accomplished by making use of consultants (Civil engineers) and a contractor with a CIDB grading of no less than six. In scope: Mass earth works; Pavement layers; Auxilliary roads works.
