Following numerous audit queries from RBA External auditors regarding assets verification, RBA finance had to facilitate and ensure that it maintains accurate asset register to address and prevent future audit queries by appointing onsite and land auditors to conduct a fixed assets physical verification project from 27 May until 6 December 2013.
In Scope:
Appointing consulting company to conduct the project;
To have complete and accurate fixed asset register report from the appointed consultant;
Communicating project close out report to the COO.
