To further develop the OPMO system software in order to improve the user experience, increase or improve efficient and effective management of project and programmes and to address identified system needs in the RBN.

In scope:

• Scoping of new features and developing mock-ups for each screen
• Development of:
  • Inclusion of Tier 2 indicators
  • Changes to SKPI RAG measurement (Composite indicator)
  • First draft budget export option in the Treasury section
  • Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP)
  • Remove Strategic Key Focus Areas from the Strategy map
• Manage the development of software solutions
• Test new features
• Roll-out of new features
