To instil a positive change in the organisation through joint celebration of spring day whereby employees will take part in Mr and Miss Spring day competition and be awarded gifts, at the Bafokeng Civic Center Auditorium on the 6th of September.Employees will be served with lunch, entertained by live band and music DJ. Funds will be sorced from external sponsors for the event.

In Scope:

• To have the total budget that will be spend on the day
• To seek sponsores for the event
• To have catering for the event 
• To have gifts for the participants
• To decide on the theme and activities of the day
• To have all employees attending
• To organise entertainment(Live Band)
