To perform needs assessment survey for RBN project and programme managers, to assist the OPMO department to better change our services to cater for the needs of the programme and project managers and improve the quality project management in the organisation. The OPMO manager will compile a customised questionnaire and perform a data analysis whilst the Technical Liaisons Officers gather information from the Project and Programme managers.
