To set up a training centre at the Civic centre for all RBN Institutions by the end of December 2013. The centre will be utilised by various departments/institutions to conduct their computer based training, depending on the need. This will be done by renovating an existing office space on the second floor, and installing a Thin Client Solution (Also known as a slim client, which is computer or a computer program which depends heavily on some other computer (its server) to fulfil is computational roles and enables multiple users to simultaneously share a single operating system).

In scope:

• Sessions with client department;
• Design lay-out of training centre;
• Monitor the installation electrical wiring and networks points;
• Procurement process;
• Installation of an audio visual system; and 
• Close-out report.
