To establish a multidisciplinary team, constituting of nurses, psychologist, social workers and ultimately doctors working in RBN and employed by both the government and RBA. The project is meant to develop an intervention protocol for assisting specifically children infected by HIV/AIDS and their families to deal with the implications of the illness. The team members will be selected and members will be asked to agree to form part of the team. It will be established to render counselling and treatments services to infected and affected children, and further benefit all regions in the RBN. The establishment of a multidisciplinary forum is due to end in March 2014.

• Identification of a multidisciplinary forum members
• Progress meeting with the forum members
• Development of treatment/counselling processes
• Development of intervention processes
• Implementation of the project
