To organise a year end function for all RBN institutions staff members. This is a way of showing appreciation to everyone for the hardwork they have shown throughout the year 2013.To present awards to the long term serving employees of the organisation between 15 and 20years. There will be music DJ and lunch will be served. The event will be taking place at the Bafokeng Conference Center on the 5 December 2013.

In scope:

• Establish the commitee with dedicated project managers
• Book a suitable venue for approximately 600 people
• Send all staff members invitations for the function
• Arrange a safe and a reliable transport
• Arrange decoration for the venue
• Arrange a reliable catering company
• Procure trophies
• Arrange waste management
• Arrange an effective music/ entertainment for the attendees
• Arrange a photographer
• Compile a programme for the day
