To develop new functionality and build upon the SMME database and Client Relationship Management system software (RBED Business Portal) previously developed by conseptualising, scoping, developing and testing the newly developed functionality. A software development company will be employed to do the actual development while the scoping and testing will be done in-house. System go LIVE is expected for 28 February 2014
