To establish a disaster management team for the organisation which will be responsible for managing all the disasters that may occur with RBN and other neighbouring villages. The team will be selected from all the departments within the organisation by the disaster management manager and will undergo disaster management training. The establishment process is to begin in November 2013 and end in September 2014. The team will utilise national disaster management Act and Bojanala framework, policies and procedures.
