To coordinate the construction and refurbishment of the new Bafokeng Mall and allocation of business space to local businesses in order to ensure that local SMMEs benefit from the new Bafokeng mall. Also to coordinate that local community members are employed in the construction process by liaising with community liaison officer. This will be accomplished by identifying potential tenants and facilitate regular meetings with them to discuss the status quo. The construction mall is set to be completed by March 2015.

In scope 

• Coordinate regular meetings with the developers for progress updates
• Follow up with the clients
• Handing over of the rental rooms to the tenants
• Coordinating that local community members benefit from subcontract
