To facilitate the establishment of recycling project in the North East region, as initiated by PwD. This will be done by identifying the relevant stakeholder to train PwD on how to sustain and maintain waste recycling project. In addition, project members are to implement what has been taught; and market their services at grass root via available community structures. The development process is planned to end in September 2014.
