Following the repositioning of RBN, RBED like other departments had to adapt so that it maintain its service offering to SMMEs and Entrepreneurs. Aligned to our mandate of being sole conduit of all SMME related activities, it is RBED’s role to go out to Business community as our main stakeholders and inform them of the developments and impact thereof on both  RBED and its clients. RBED planned roadshows which will be conducted between the 29th of July- 11th of August. Presentation at 5 regions updating the business community about the repositioning will be done.  Included in the presentation will be new strategies including the ED Multi-tier approach which encapsulate the generic and focused approach of developing SMMEs. Criteria’s for participating in the focused approach, graduation, suspension and termination criteria’s will also be covered.

• Logistics-venues, transport, audio
• Preparation and approval of Agenda
• Sending invites to SMMEs
• Attending the meetings and presenting
