To facilitate the organisational budgeting for RBN for 2015-2017. The aim of the budgeting process is to give guidance on how RBN entities can spend for the three years through allocation of resources to achieve desired objectives. Also, to guide entities on how to better achieve Morafe`s priorities through the allocated budget. The budgeting process entails, each department planning and submitting their budgets to Supreme Council for review and approval with the assistance of Royal Bafokeng Nation Development Trust (RBNDT). The project is planned to complete in Mid November 2014.
