The construction of a bulk supply pipeline from the Nyee reservoir to the village of Rasimone. The pipe to be installed is a 315mm uPVC pipe which reduces to a 250mm within the village. Rasimone village is higher than other RBN villages; as a result the village experiences a lot of water shortages, by making this connection will improve the water supply to the area. The project will be done in conjunction with Royal Bafokeng Platinum, Anglo Glencore and Royal Bafokeng. The project will be overseen by a consultant, while a local contractor undertakes the construction; Royal Bafokeng Administration will only provide project management only. The project will be concluded by the end of January 2015.
