Project Scope:	To maintain all the fire system in Civic Centre in order to ensure that they are in good conditions. The maintenance encompasses the appointment of a service provider to do the maintenance and install anything that needs to be replaced. The fire personnel will also be trained by the appointed service on basic fire system operations. The project process started on the 10 th of November and is planned to complete on the 19th of December 2014.
