To install an ERP system will incorporates the practical systems used by the organization to manage the basic commercial functions of business, such as planning, inventory/materials management, purchasing, finance, accounting, human resources, marketing and sales, services etc. The objective of the ERP solution is to drive the flow of information between all internal businesses. The aim is to implement the system which will incorporate all organizations to manage and enhance with commercial functionalities integrated to the organizations workflow. 

The reason being the ERP which have been utilized currently is outdated and not accommodating other entities and departments, also to make easier for the integration of all other entities who are already on the similar system in operation to easily migrate data and reduce duplications and also to advance in business intelligence. The whole process will go via the procurement process of invitations whereby minimum of three proposals and presentations will be done to offer the better solution relating to the organizations workflow. The project will be completed by the end of April 2015, also will assist treasury to migrate clean and audited data.
