Project Scope:	To prepare RBS top elite athletes to qualify for the Rio Olympics 2016. The aim is to attempt to get at least 3 Athletes in the National team. The athletes will undergo medical testing, training and conditioning, Provincial, National championships and European circuit competitions to get the international qualifier then ultimately Rio Olympics. The preparation of athletes started in August 2015 and it will be done in May 2016. In scope: Medical tests Athletes housing training sessions Trials Registrations and confirmations.
