Project works have been split into three different portions namely; civil, mechanical and electrical works. Each portion of work will go through a tendering process and will be awarded to different contractors. The initial plan was to appoint one contractor hence the project was not split into phases, due to the split in the tendering process and the different contractors, the project needs to be split into different phases.
