To improve communication between Makgotla and the RBN`s central governance structures and therefore the entire administration and to streamline and standardize Makgotla processes. This project will commission the development of an application designed specifically to link Makgotla with central governance office. Each Kgotla will be issued with a tablet loaded with this application. The application will allow central governance to send information to Makgotla and Makgotla to send information to central governance in real time, including submitting Kgotla decision/voting, answering questions posed by central governance, and reporting attendance with photographs.
