To repair Civic Centre shutters that are damaged as a result of heavy winds and rains. Scaffolding and cranage will need to be erected to enable the contractor to remove the damaged shutters, repair and reinstall. Saddles will also be installed on all the shutters to hold the main structure in place, thus preventing the reoccurrence of dislodgment by strong winds. Scaffolding will be removed after repairs; however the cranage will remain for future maintenance. 

In scope:

• Erected Scaffolding and cranage;
• Removal damaged shutters;
• Repair veins and reinstall the shutters;
• Install saddles on all shutters including the ones that weren't damaged; and 
• Dismantle Scaffolding.
