To establish a quality care wound clinic that will control, eliminate and reduce the incidence of infection as well as factors that reduce wound healing for patients visiting Phokeng Health Centre by September 2015. The wound clinic will be established in one of the rooms to be provided within the Bafokeng health centre.
In Scope:
Upgrade/Identify a suitable room for wound dressings
Obtain approval from the Clinic manager
Benchmark with established wound clinics
Get quotations of required items -
Procurement of equipment -Installation of procured equipment -
Thorough cleaning of the room
