To improve the SMME database and Client Relationship Management system software, to improve the quality and validity of information of the RBED clients on the database and improve communication between RBED and its client base. The system is also expected to culminate in better quality of reporting ont the SMME development and assist to keep track of individual growth of SMMEs.

User access profiles for external users i.e RBA procurement etc.
Web based user info update via portal
