The project aims to create a psychometric assessment programme targeted at Grade 9 or Grade 10 learners in RBN Schools during 2010. Psychometric information gathered including English Proficiency and Non-verbal Reasoning Ability of learners will be used to plan RBI and other school based strategic interventions in order to alleviate significant academic failure rates in Grade 9 and Grade 10 in 2009/2008 academic year.
