To appoint a two construction companies to upgrade the Lefaragatlhe Old Pump House by installing two pumps and repalcing the the existing pumps with new sets. The appointment of the service provider will be done through the use of a fair and transparent tendering process. The tendering process will run from 25 August 2015, to be completed end October 2015.

In scope: 

• Preparation of tender documents;
• Tender briefing;
• Tender period;
• Tender evaluation and adjudication; and 
• Appointment and contractor handover.

Approved Scope Change:

The Old pump house upgrade project works has been split into two parts; the civil works and mechanical & electrical works. The appointment for the civil works portion has been done, the mechanical and electrical works appointment will be registered separately.
