To celebrate International day for older persons including those who have reached 100 years and beyond in RBN through an awareness campaign.  This is to raise awareness about issues affecting the elderly in our communities, such as senescence and elderly abuse. Stakeholders, community members and the aged club members will be invited to participate in the campaign. The older persons will be screened for any medical ailments by health professionals and will also receive gifts as part of celebrating their month. The celebration will be hosted in Bafokeng conference centre on the 28^th of October 2016.

In scope:

• Consultation meeting with the Aged Club;
• Consultation sessions with the Stakeholders;
• Inviting stakeholders;
• Community mobilization;
• Organise Gifts;
• Secure venue, transport and catering for the event; and
• Organize other logistics.
