To train and mentor 10 tour operators within RBN in business skills to improve skills the management and operating of businesses by 2012. It will also assist business owners to operation efficiently and effectively. The ultimate goal for the intervention is to have operators tours as Tourism enterprise partnership (TEP) hidden treasures. These are marketed through TEP network to increace the market exposure.
