To organise and facilitation technical catering training for twenty (20)local food handlers on handling food in the safe way. The training will cover the follow aspects of food safety:Maintain health, hygiene and professional appearance, hygiene in food preparation, cooking and storage, a secure working environment, a safe working environment, Handle and store foods, prepare and present food for cold presentation.
