Lebone Server room changes to be completed by mid January 2013
In Scope:
Racks need to be moved to enable floor tiles to be cut and replaced, existing electrical connections must be remediated and new ones installed. Vermin control measures to be upgraded.
The reason for this project is to enable future expansion in Lebone II server room, enhance existing processes & ensure safe operation with no unexpected down times due to electrical or structural failures.
Electrician and IT staff will be required to co-ordinate operations for the duration of one day, minimising the downtime impact on RBN.
