Dumela Phokeng is an initiative that gives leadership a chance to visit the nation's 29 villages to afford Bafokeng an opportunity to voice out their concerns and needs. The event is held twice a year in 5 regions and Traditional Council will conduct presentations to the constituencies about annual achievements in all RBN nine key focus areas.

In Scope

• Establish the committee with dedicated project managers;
• Venues big enough for potentially 800 participants.
• An effective sound system to communicate to 800 people, PA systems.
• Tent for catering.
• Volunteers to assist with selected event proceedings.
• Marketing of the event through radio to disseminate information;
• Transport for every village;
• Catering lunch for an estimated 800 attendees;
• A company to manage waste;
• Local entertainers to entertain the community within and after the events;
• Security monitored and maintained during events;
• A programme for the events;
• Registration of all attendees per region;
• A photographer and video broadcasting;
• Emergency Services available for minor and major emergencies;
• Acknowledge protocol;
