Project Scope:	To develop Phatlhogo centre into a heritage site where students, youth and community at large can access preserved Bafokeng cultural asserts, and learn ways in which the Bafokeng community members survived in the olden days. again afford the Youth of Bafokeng in 29 villages an opportunity to showcase their talent and creativity through music and dance, by creating a platform in a form of an arts festival. The event will take place on the 24^th September 2012 as a celebration of National Heritage day.. In Scope: Recruitment of volunteers Cleaning of the site. Benchmarking Marketing of the event through print media to disseminate information. Public Safety Department to give approval for public gathering.
